motion and cosmic rhythm. Born in Armenia and raised in Israel, Karen’s musical journey began at the age of five when he picked up the saxophone and embarked on a classical education in music. He later honed his skills at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance, developing a strong foundation in harmony, melody, and improvisation. In 2004, together with fellow musician Guy Sarnat, Karen co-founded Bubble, a live electronic project that quickly caught the attention of the global trance scene. The duo brought something fresh to the dancefloor, a fusion of rich musicality with full on psychedelic energy. Their performances were not just sets; they were journeys. Together, they released several influential albums, including Sound of Silence and Dot Me, combining layered melodies with intricate arrangements and live instrumentation. By 2011, after the release of their third studio album Coldsun, life paths diverged. Guy relocated to the United States and Karen moved to Germany, where Bubble evolved into a solo project. With full creative control, Karen deepened the emotional and sonic palette of Bubble, shaping a sound that is at once introspective and explosive, a balance between deep storytelling and crowd moving energy. Known for his meticulous production, Karen’s music travels through vibrant landscapes of psychedelic trance, progressive grooves, and subtle organic influences. Releases such as Bootleg and the recent Real continue to showcase his ability to blend complexity with accessibility, emotion with elevation.
