This project had a combination of both business and technical refactoring that were made while taking Lightning to the extreme.

One1Link is looking for a talented, self-directed Information System Analyst who will work as part of One1Link’s Organization.
We are seeking someone with excellent technical and communication skills who will be responsible for implementing, maintaining and improving our customer's Salesforce platform.
This person will serve as the "go to" for users, promote adoption, keep current on new releases and AppExchange solutions, provide training, and more.
This position includes a heavy focus on application implementation while also working with team members and other stakeholders to deliver new functionality.
Information System Analyst Core Responsibilities:
• Define requirements, design and create new processes
• Monitor and respond to support requests from users
• Create and maintain system documentation
• Develop and deliver end user training for standard functionality and custom developed solutions
• Assist with data quality projects, including developing automated data cleansing routines as well as manual data clean up

Technical Skills
• Experience gathering requirements and implementing those into a working system
• A 4th year student or an alumni in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field.

Personal skills:
• Strong team player but still a self-starter. Experience leading through influence and working with remote teams a plus.
• Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
• Ability to work independently and be results driven
• Fluent English

התחלנו בדמו שהציג את יכולות המערכת מנקודת מבטם של מספר בעלי תפקידים – ביניהם איש מכירות, נותן שירות ומנהל תוך סקירת העננים השונים Sales Cloud, Service Cloud ו Marketing Cloud.

לאחר מכן עלה איציק שדה VP ISVs and Platform Business, וסקר את התהליך המעבר של ארגונים ממערכות תיעוד (System of Record) להצבת הלקוח במרכז ותפיסת Customer Engagement Management .

לבסוף' עלו שני לקוחות Salesforce המשתמשים במערכת (Insightec, Applied Spectral Imaging) ושיתפו את הקהל בלבטים שלהם בבחירת המערכת, בשינוי שחל בארגון בעקבות ההטמעה וכן כיצד הם צופים למנף יכולות נוספות של Salesforce בעתיד.
