Hi folks, just a quick notice alot of people have jobs priced since last year but supplies have risen 3times since janury and now the 1st of May ...timber has risen by 10%, this rapid rate of increase means any quotes from now on will only stand for a period of 2 weeks, as day by day prices are going up! So under no circumstance can i hold quotes for long term at this stage sorry to all but its out of my control at this point.
