What uncertain times we are in.
For now...
I am asking that anyone who is experiencing flu like symptoms or anyone who has been in contact with someone who is experience symptoms to please contact me ahead of your appointment and we will reschedule for a future date following guidelines. Please also make contact if you have traveled abroad since your last treatment.
I will be messaging/calling before your scheduled appointment to confirm same.
Hand sanitizer will be provided on your arrival, please don’t take offence.
Disinfectant is used between appointments-
the table, desk, door handles etc.
This is in the best interest of you and others.

What a great day at the Cystic Fibrosis Duleek 10k Remembrance Run! I was delighted to be apart of this fantastic event along side Andrea O'grady from Body First Pain Therapy. What great community spirit! Well done to all involved.

I am delighted to be offering complementary treatments and advise alongside Andrea O'grady from Body First Pain Therapy this Sunday, 28th of April (2pm-4pm) for all involved in the Duleek 10k Remembrance Run. I look forward to seeing everyone on Sunday. Best of luck to all the participants 🏃🏃♀️

What a great way to get moving over the coming weeks.
A group has also started in Kentstown Village.
Walking every evening, Monday-Friday.
Meeting at the shop at 7.30pm.
