Well, we’ve just finished our first financial year, and we’re going to tell you exactly what we turned over.

We’re Telio Property Maintenance. We’re a small home repairs and renovations company based in Limerick City, started by two best friends — Paul and myself, Sof.

And if you saw our last video, you’ll already know that we made a loss of €28,000 in our first year.

Now, you might hear that and think that we didn’t bring much money in.

But we actually brought in €296,000 — and for our first year in business, we don’t think that’s too bad.

One of the things we think is missing in the trades is transparency, and that’s something we’re trying to change with these videos.

We regularly show you what our jobs actually cost, we talk openly about the numbers behind the business, and we’re documenting what it’s really like trying to grow a small trades business in Ireland.
