This is all a bit mad and I’m honestly a little speechless. I’ve been nominated for Irish Act of the Year at the Ticketmaster Ireland Awards, on behalf of my full Block Rockin Beats band and crew.

I’m beyond lucky to tour with the best team — band, tech, sound, lighting, production and management. We really do move like a family. If you’ve a moment, I’d be hugely grateful if you could give us a vote at the link below.

I’ve been trying to find the right words, but the only way I know how to say this is by being real, raw, and honest. I was beyond excited to perform in Castlebar and Killarney over the past two nights, but I was also anxious. I carry scars — both physical and mental — from my battle with cancer over the last few months.

Emotions ran high, on and off stage. Seeing my band and crew again, and then seeing you in the crowd, was incredibly special. It’s a feeling I’ve never experienced before. While taking photos and selfies, so many of you shared your own cancer stories with me. To be trusted with those moments is a privilege — truly an honour.

Happy New Year. Thank you for everything.

This year had moments where the lights felt like they were fading.
Where the music stopped being about the crowd and became about the quietest, hardest fight of my life.

Cancer tries to take a lot from you.
Your energy. Your confidence. Your future.
There were days it came close.
But music, and the people who stood by me, kept reminding me who I am.
And that was enough.

Sitting here on Christmas Eve with a few more scars and a lot more clarity,
the tree lit and the house finally quiet,
I’m filled with gratitude.
For the breath in my lungs.
For the chance to keep doing what I love.
For the noise we’ve made together this year.

Nothing is guaranteed.
But this year taught me that showing up, even on the hardest days, changes everything.

To anyone spending tonight in the quiet,
fighting their own battle or finding their way back to the light,
I see you.
Hold close the people who held you up when you couldn’t stand.

The beats will be back very soon.
Castlebar and Killarney, I can’t wait.
For now, I’m soaking in the silence.

Thank you for carrying me through this year.

Happy Christmas 🎄 So grateful for all the support and love over the past few months. I never imagined I’d be facing cancer in 2025, but here we are. Taking it one day at a time, fighting and healing.

We’re so excited to be coming back to the Gleneagle Arena (formerly called INEC) to end the year once again with a bang! This is an all ages concert with balcony seating open to families with kids - lower balcony is sold out, upper has limited availability now. It’s been one of my favourite gigs to play over the past 2 years. See yiz soon. This’ll be our last time for a good while xx
