I used our product Peer to write this post! Any person with dyslexia will tell you that when writing a post like this, there is a massive amount of anxiety to make sure that what you are writing is readable and that there are no major errors. Thankfully www.Peer.ie works great!

I'm dyslexic. Peer started as an app to help me with reading my notes for college. Back then, it did not have a name and I never had any plans to do anything with it besides using it for myself.

Since then we have added so much to Peer. It now fully supports reading, writing and spelling, both in and outside the classroom and can be used on any device at anytime....

And It's growing into so much more!!!

Learn how we can support people with dyslexia in education and the workplace.

Facts Friday

Frist we need to identify what kind of learner are you?

Are you an auditory (listening) learner?

Are you a visual learner?

Are you a kinaesthetic/tactile learner - do you learn by doing, touching, making?

Think about what ways you feel most comfortable learning.

Personally I'm an auditory learner and visual learner.

But the best way to learn is to be multi-sensory.

This means using a combination of all 3.

For example walking around your house while listening to your notes and looking at or diagrams. You can also try standing while drawing out diagrams if you don't fancy walking around.
