Great to exchange ideas and perspectives with India’s Minister for Communications jyotiradityascindia on the final day of my trade visit to Delhi.

We discussed digital infrastructure development as well as what our two countries can learn from each other in transforming public services through tech and innovation.

We also discussed the increased economic opportunities for Ireland and India as part of the new EU India free trade agreement.

Happy St Brigid’s Day.

Today we celebrate a woman whose legacy is rooted in light, renewal, and leadership. As the days begin to lengthen, St Brigid reminds us that light always follows darkness — and that progress is often built through care, courage, and community.

May this day inspire hope, strength, and fresh beginnings for everyone.
Lá Fhéile Bríde sona daoibh.

If you’d like it a touch stronger, softer, or more personal, I can fine-tune it in seconds.,🙏
