As part of the Gulliver 300 anniversary, come join us on Monday 16 November at 6pm sharp for a talk about Dean Swift and the market traders in Patrick Street - 'Swift's Dublin: 'Women who Cry Apples'.

Glimpse Patrick Street as Swift walked it, hear the soundscape of his Dublin as the street traders called their wares, explore how he brought his experience of the market traders to writing verses and pamphlets, and answer the question: when is an orange not an orange?

The talk will be given by Dr Antonia Hart, Historian in Residence with Dublin City Council Culture Company.

Announcing three fantastic additions to our Leinster Senior League setup just before the winter transfer deadline.

Curtis Murphy returns having last played for the Y during the 2023/24 campaign, an experienced midfielder with a wand of a left foot.

Jamie Wilson has played in this neck of the woods previously with neighbours Liffey Wanderers, a right full by trade and a very welcome addition.

Aaron Montgomery has had several spells with CY over the years, delighted to have him back, a tidy and teak tough midfielder with plenty of miles in the legs.
