Irish design community unites to support charities The Irish design community has come together to create posters with messages of hope, resilience and optimism in support of the ISPCC and Women's Aid.

Delighted to take part in the Creatives Against Covid-19 project, raising money for Women’s Aid and the ISPCC! My poster, Better Days Are Coming, is available now. Alphabet sampler, Ireland, 1782. Cross stitch sampler embroidered in navy thread on coarse weave linen with five sets of alphabets and one set of numbers. Peacocks, fountains, dogs, a house, and a female figure, are also worked into the design. It is signed, ‘Sarah Lovell’s Work, 1st Month 9th 1782’. DT:1994.22
