Dublin Kebab Club

Had my first Baxto experience last week, fulfilling a lifelong dream (or at least a dream I’ve had since joining this page…..)

Had the mixed kebab with chips (and a Coke Zero, don’t want to get fat, after all) and pretty much everything was perfect. The meat was perfect, the salads so fresh it was as if they had picked them from the garden that morning, the sauces nicely spicy/garlicky and the chips nice and crispy. Service was excellent from start to finish and the staff seemed genuinely appreciative of our visit.

The only teeny tiny criticism I’d have is that the bread seemed a bit hard which on the light plate that the kebab was served on made it quite difficult to cut at times and the plate was sliding around the place…. In fairness, the knives that they provide aren’t the sharpest either so it could have been a combination of slightly overdone bread and a blunt knife (that could also be a euphemism for my love life…….)

All in all I’d give Baxto 9.5/10 and will definitely be going back there again at the soonest opportunity.
