We celebrated Louths great win with a visit from our mascot "Sam" after Sam Mulroy who scored the wonderful goal in the last second of the game!!!

Thanks Aga for a wonderful sustainable workshop in Bettystown. we all had a fabulous morning and went home with some lovely creations. Bettystown library well worth a visit, fantastic facilities especially for grandparents and grandchildren in the summer.

Seaside Crafternoon Tea Project – Bettystown Library @meathlibrary 🌊🐚🖼 What a wonderful afternoon we had at Bettystown Library hosting the lovely Lifestyle Development ladies for our sustainable art masterclass. Using an array of beautiful seaside treasures including shells of different sizes and shapes, stones, driftwood, pearls, and many other decorative elements, everyone created their own unique piece of art. The finished pictures were absolutely beautiful, each one lovingly handmade and completely bespoke. It was amazing to see how differently everyone interpreted the materials, resulting in stunning creations full of personality and creativity. These special pieces will make beautiful gifts for family and friends, although I think some of the ladies may have decided to keep their masterpieces for themselves! Thank you to Aoife from Bettystown Library for your hospitality, Creative Louth for your funding, without you it wouldn't be possible and everyone who joined us and made the afternoon so enjoyable. It was a pleasure to see such creativity, laughter, and friendship shared over tea,delicious cakes @beno_cinnamon_roll and crafts.

Many thanks to Tony and Deirdre from Drogheda and district 4 Older People who came to our Tai Chi class on Wednesday the 10th of June as part of our Bealtine celebrations. Good morning all. just a quick reminder to all about our Arts and Crafts Exhibition next Saturday the 20th of June from 10 to 3pm in St Peter's Church Hall Peter's St Drogheda. This is a great opportunity to show your work and all to come and enjoy with a cup of tea and chat with all from Lifestyle. So bring any items of lace, patchwork, crochet , knitting, pottery, marquetry, sustainable creations and Art that has been created over the years. Drop into me at Lifestyle or bring down on Saturday morning. Spread the word to all those who came to Lifestyle over the last 35 years. Hope to see you all there on Saturday. We will be having a raffle on the morning too!!!

Hi all here's another great event as part of Lifestyle Development Group's 35 year Anniversary celebrations. We are having an exhibition of the work that is carried out on a weekly basis in Ballsgrove. It's a great opportunity to come along with your work and put it on display. From art, knitting, crochet, lace making, marquetry, sustainable projects, ceramics and patchwork. All are welcome come and see the Exhibition and see what's going on at Lifestyle. It's on Saturday 20th of June in St Peter's Church of Ireland Parish Hall Peter St. Refreshments will be served. come along and see some familiar faces of friends down the years from Lifestyle. This is a free event.
