You know, I get asked this all the time...
How did you do it?
Working full time, four small kids, a dog, a house to run, a marriage to nurture... how did you find the time and energy to actually make real changes?
The truth?
I just decided.
I decided to stop giving my time and energy to things that weren’t helping me grow.
And I made a promise to myself: Start the day by taking care of me first.
The very first thing I ever did for myself was invest in a sales coaching program.
It was €4,000 — and honestly, it scared me.
I had never spent anything like that on myself before, especially not for "skills" and "development."
But I did it (after procrastinating about 5 times :)
And I committed to waking up every single morning at 5am to join the group calls and study.
The results? Incredible.
Not just in my job — but in how I felt about myself.
Waking up early gave me a real sense of pride... and so much more energy than I expected.
So much so that I even signed up for 6am gym classes three times a week. (I know, who even was I?!)
Then came my second big step — investing in personal development.
That program cost double what the first one did.
And yes, I was nervous.
But the momentum I had built — and the support from the morning study group — gave me the courage to say yes to myself again.
I used my evening routine, to study instead of just reading:
In bed by 9:30pm, with time to read, journal, and meditate before sleep.
Because inner work?
It’s different.
You can’t just read a book and know it.
You have to live it.
You have to start showing up as the future version of you, even when it feels awkward and scary.
Then came my third investment...
And if I’m being really honest, this one terrified me.
I worried I’d fail.
I worried I couldn’t afford it.
I worried if I had what it took.
But you know what I’ve learned?
- Where there’s a will, there’s always a way.
- If something matters enough to you, you’ll let go of something smaller to make room for something bigger. (Even if it’s just 30 minutes of extra sleep.)
- You decide what’s important. And when you get clear on that, everything else becomes a lot easier to say no to. (These days, I only watch about an hour of TV — and honestly, that’s plenty!)
If you’re wondering where to start — start small.
Maybe it’s 30 minutes, twice a week.
See how it feels.
And build from there.
Because the truth is:
We’re all so much more capable than we give ourselves credit for.
We have so much more energy than we realise.
It’s just that sometimes... we’re giving it away to the wrong things.
I know this — because I’ve been there.
And if I can do it, I promise you — you can too. 🤍
What if “making sense” is what’s slowing you down?
We’re taught to follow logic…
To wait until it’s proven.
To play safe.
To have a plan, a spreadsheet, a backup.
But the truth?
Some of the most powerful shifts you’ll ever make…
won’t make sense at all.
They’ll be a feeling.
A pull.
A whisper that says, “Do it anyway.”
Inside The Inside Out Project, we don’t wait for logic to give us permission.
We let intuition lead.
We trust the nudge.
We take the “illogical” step — because it feels right.
And somehow… that’s when everything shifts.
So if it doesn’t make sense — but it lights you up?
Maybe that’s the sign.

Sometimes I desire something and my desire takes over - I feel as if it's taking too much time, or that I cannot see how this is ever going to happen because it's such a big dream etc.
I have found myself at times in this mental state where my energy is more focused on the "how" and I need to remind myself that by focusing on "how" I am not letting go.
Surrendered manifestation is the art of calling in what you desire—without gripping onto it so tightly that you strangle the magic.
It blends intentional creation (manifestation) with trust and detachment (surrender).
Here’s what it means at its core:
đź’«You get clear on what you want.
đź’«You set a heart-aligned intention. You visualize it, feel into it, maybe even write it down or take aligned action toward it.
💫You believe it’s possible.
💫You embody the version of you who is ready to receive it—through mindset, energy, and action.
đź’«Then, you let go.
💫You release the need to control how or when it happens. You don’t obsess over signs, timelines, or micromanaging the path. You trust that if it’s truly aligned, it will arrive—or something even better will.
Surrendered manifestation says:
“I know what I desire, and I trust life’s timing. I don’t need to force, chase, or prove.”
It’s a softer, more feminine approach to manifestation. Rooted in flow, not hustle. In co-creation, not control.
