Anyone 4 Science

Anyone 4 Science is celebrating 21 years of fun hands on science workshops, camps and science clubs. Where did the time go? Thanks to all our customers and wonderful staff. We couldn't have done it without you.

In another botany lesson the children make a cross sectional model of a flower.

Botany is our current theme. In this lesson the children learnt about the soil from bedrock up. We used breakfast cereals to represent the different layers. What a tasty mix.

One of our science club members at Citywest ETNS took science into his own hands! He dissolved an eggshell in vinegar to create a squishy, see-through green egg, and set up a capillary action experiment with coloured water and paper towels - all at home, on his own initiative.  Well done to him, and a big thank you to his family for encouraging that spark. This is exactly the kind of spirit we love to see. We are really looking forward to welcoming him and all our young scientists back to our clubs across Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow and Waterford next week!

January has been a busy month for our clubs.
We started the term working on some Engineering projects and some of the children made these fun pop-up cards.
We have now moved on to some Chemistry and Forensic science activities. Our youngest children had fun practicing their pipetting skills and exploring surface tension
