Pound + Stretch class happening tomorrow morning 10AM at Bridgewater Shopping Centre studio.

This class is a 30 minute drumming inspired movement class, where I will example the movements before we get moving to the music and we will end class with a nice gentle strech.

Perfect way to set you up for your day ahead 🌞
