Have you been targeted by these scammers posing as Eir? A new e-mail scam posing as telecoms provider Eir is redirecting customers to a "refund" page that asks them for bank account details.

Please be careful, there are people ringing lan lines claiming to be from EIR (may use other companies) and saying there is issues with you computer/laptop and need to come into your computer to solve problems and they may look for payment. Do not let anyone have access to you computer or give them card details, this is a scam. Just hang up the phone or tell them you don't have a computer.
