you’ve gotta believe it’s already yours, that’s the secret to manifestation 💫

i have visualized my trip to bali for months now that it almost seems normal that im here. i have replayed in my mind the places i want to explore, eat, visit + even how i want pictures to be. in fact, when i bought this dress i visioned how i wanted a picture to turn out in it. i just love creating this life i live 🦋 @ Ubud, Bali, Indonesia

but most of all, i hope you find yourself out there. i hope you figure out your heart, i hope you figure out your mind. i hope you learn how to be kind to yourself, how to embrace the journey you are on. i hope you learn how to be proud of the person you are becoming. i hope you learn how to be proud of where you are — even if it isn’t exactly where you want to be. i hope you learn how to just fall in love with the process, with the messiness of life and the confusion of it all. at the end of the day, i hope you find what you’re looking for out there. i hope your life inspires you. 🌙🌵

life is the best party i’ve ever been invited to 🎉

i’ve been thinking a lot lately and it’s on my heart to share. maybe some of you might be in the same boat at one point or another. eventually, i might turn this into a blog post but here’s the shortish version:

if you’ve been following me for awhile you probably know by now that im a huge self-love advocate + if you’ve been following me even longer than you know how far i’ve come in my journey to that. how i was so broken before and i had to build myself back up. getting into another relationship, to be honest i was terrified of losing myself again. i knew i couldn’t let that fear get in the way, i needed to trust myself and be confident in the woman that i fought so hard to become. but, here’s the thing, the right person will never make you feel anything less than you. the right person won’t ruin who you are, but will bring out other beautiful versions of yourself you didn’t even know existed. moral of the story: be with someone who can add to your happiness, challenges you and encourages you to love yourself. just because i am in a relationship now, that doesn’t mean that the journey towards self-love stops. it continues and i grow, i stay my own person and now i just get to share bits of my life with this pretty cool human. love yourself first and the rest will follow ✨ and never settle. you deserve it all.

i feel like a kid in a candy store. im on top of the world with work, friendships, family, relationships.
it is crazy what a little manifestation can do. 🔮
the trials of life that we all ultimately go through allow us to appreciate the good even more. they allow you to step out of your comfort zone when you are scared, to put your heart out there even though it’s been broken before, to live your best damn life every single day. keep pushing. keep going. never give up, even during the dark days. have the heart of a child, and love each day for what it is. 🍭
