🥜 Ingredients:
- 1 cup roasted peanuts
- 3 cloves garlic
- 5 shallots
- 3–5 red chilies
- 1 tbsp palm sugar (or brown sugar)
- Salt to taste
- Sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
- ~¾ cup water
- 2 kaffir lime leaves
🔥 Directions:
1. Throw everything (except lime leaves) into a blender.
2. Add a bit of water, blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a pan, add lime leaves.
4. Season, then cook until thick and glossy.
That’s it. No extra steps. No excuses 😉
