Chronic fatigue, difficulty focusing, rapid burnout, declining sleep quality, heightened irritability, decreased libido, and thinning hair are frequently dismissed as inevitable consequences of getting older.

However, these life-altering shifts can actually be indicators of a clinically significant decline in testosterone levels—a condition known as andropause, or more commonly, “male menopause.”

Unlike menopause in women, which presents with clear and sudden biological markers, andropause develops gradually and often goes entirely unnoticed. Many men push through their demanding daily routines even when their bodies are no longer functioning at their peak.

Thousands of Muslims performed the 1447 Hijri Eid al-Adha prayer in congregation at Lagoon Beach, Ancol, Jakarta (May 27). Philanthropy plays a strategic role in strengthening healthcare services, particularly maternal and child health, said Health Minister Budi Gunadi Sadikin during the signing of an MoU between the Danantara Indonesia Trust (DIT) and the Health Ministry (Kemenkes) on Monday (25/5/2026).

“Effective philanthropic initiatives must be anchored in trust and function as a catalyst to amplify the community impact of national health programs. Philanthropy is built on trust. Without establishing trust, securing philanthropic funding is impossible. Secondly, philanthropy must serve as a catalyst or leverage.”

The collaboration focuses primarily on improving maternal and child health and nutrition. The comprehensive initiative includes the distribution of hexavalent (6-in-1) vaccines to protect children from various infectious diseases, the strengthening of the vaccine cold chain infrastructure to ensure safe storage across the archipelago, and the provision of multiple micronutrient supplements to safeguard pregnant and postpartum mothers while actively preventing stunting.

President Prabowo Subianto inaugurated the renovated Museum and Library of the Indonesian Army Staff and Command College (Seskoad) in Bandung, on Monday. It cements Seskoad’s long-standing reputation as a prestigious educational institution that has groomed numerous prominent leaders on both national and international stages.

Seskoad has a distinguished track record of producing graduates who have risen to the highest offices in the Indonesian government. Notably, three of the nation’s presidents are alumni of the college: the second president, Suharto; the sixth president, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY); and Prabowo himself. Additionally, three other Seskoad alumni have served the nation as vice president, including the fourth VP Umar Wirahadikusumah, the fifth VP Sudharmono, and the sixth VP Try Sutrisno.
