That's not a small thing. Three years ago, AI Crafts was a small idea born in Budapest, Hungary...a gathering for people who wanted to talk about the reality of AI and engineering, not the hype. Fast forward to today, and we've built a real community in Colorado, where people keep coming back and local partners show up for us. And somehow, without anyone fully noticing, we hit double digits. We heard honest takes on vibe coding which great for your first demo, humbling for everything that comes after. 😅 We dove into a real-world story of stacking LLMs and AI agents prompting other AI agents to turn rough prototypes into production-ready apps. And our CEO, Barbara Fazekas introduced our brand-new AI Team Augmentation Guide, sharing 12 practical, experience-backed tips on how to actually use team augmentation in 2026.

Oh, and Stephanie Battista Hubbard from Humanity Innovation Labs? She created a guided, genuinely fun networking experience where people actually connected, not just exchanged cards and disappeared. 🔥

Over the past few months at Bobcats Coding, we’ve spent a lot of time working through generative AI adoption inside engineering teams. We’ve done this both with our clients and within our own teams. As this work progressed, a clear pattern started to emerge. Last year at Bobcats Coding, we invested significant time and resources into stress-testing how we work, building on the foundations our co-founder Tamas Kokeny put in place.
