This Unique Villa with private pool and sea view is situated in the suburbs of P**a, still only a 6-minute drive from the city center, You will find an enchanting, and spacious 365 square meter house surrounded by a vast, green garden complete with beautiful flowers, different kinds of both autochthonous plants, centenary trees that will provide a refreshing shadow to relax. On the 2500 square meters big property, You will also find a newly-built swimming pool of 32 square meters from whose comfort You get a great view of the islands of the “Brijuni” National Park.

The space

Upon entering the house, You will find Yourself in a beautiful hallway, from where You can access the spacious living room fitted with first-class South American furniture. The whole house, including the kitchen has been completely renovated in 2012. The kitchen is modernly-designed, state of the art and fully equipped. On the ground floor there’s also a bedroom, a bathroom, and a laundry room.

The house is located in an ideal location, only a 1.5 km from the famous pizzeria Tivoli, a 10 min drive from Fažana, from where You can board a boat that will take You to the “Brijuni” National Park, however, it’s still in the most peaceful and private part of the city, a place where You can really relax and enjoy your vacation.
