⚡ What industry insiders read every morning
Back in Berlin at the Micromobility show, we test rode the Ponie P2 by PNY Delivered Ltd ⚡️
And honestly, we were genuinely surprised by how good it felt.
This thing moves fast, handles corners really well, accelerates hard, and feels far more balanced than you would expect from a cargo-focused two-wheeler. The weight distribution is excellent, so it feels both fun and incredibly practical at the same time.
Then you remember it offers 400L of cargo space, which puts it in the same conversation as compact crossovers like the Audi Q2.
Ron Perez walked us through the P2, broke down the specs, and explained why so many people are paying attention to it.

Can an e-cargo bike replace a van in the city? 🚚
Back in Berlin, we got a closer look at Minimal’s Pedal 4, and this thing is properly interesting.
⚡️ 300kg payload.
⚡️ 2.5m³ of cargo space.
⚡️ 60km range.
⚡️ Pedal by wire.
⚡️ FleetOS.
⚡️ A new HMI.
Shelf configurations for real delivery work. And the box is only part of the story here.
What makes Pedal 4 interesting is how complete it feels as a city logistics vehicle. It is small enough for dense urban routes, practical enough for serious cargo, and digital enough for fleet operators who need visibility.
Big thanks to Sean Heaney for giving us a really thorough breakdown 👏

GreenWay says it secured up to €138m in green debt financing to expand EV charging across Central and Eastern Europe.
That matters because the bottleneck is increasingly about ex*****on and capital: grid lead times, build cadence, and utilisation ramp, not whether “EVs are coming”.
If you are building or operating in CEE, the question is simple: can the charging layer scale fast enough to make cross-border travel feel normal?

The Maeving gets dragged for low power and short range.
Paul Roberts of Buck City Biker thinks the critics are scoring the wrong test.
Maeving is built to make people who've never thrown a leg over a motorcycle want one.
And in a category that needs new riders more than it needs another track weapon, it might be the more useful one.

Westerners don't ride because they need to; they ride because they want to.
This means electrification won't succeed on efficiency alone...it has to capture the emotion of the ride.
