I am so very very pi**ed and upset at the moment. I bought a SAMSUNG 32" LED FHD SMART TELEVISION on the 29th of September 2017 on my daughter's birthday for the Regular price (180 days)$98,300 and it stopped coming on the 9th July,2018 ; which I paid off in 3 months.
Now Friday I went to them they said walk with the TV and they will check it and if is the adopter they will replace and I would just have to pay something because sometimes they have damaged TV that comes in container.
I took the TV today they checked the adopter and it wasn't the adopter so the woman working in Service Department said my 6months warranty is up and that I will have to pay 38,000 to have the technician check it but first deposit a 10,000 for a diagnostic test by technician and after he diagnosed problem I will have to pay the 28,000 but mind you if any parts have to be bought I would have to do that or pay for their parts.
So I said man can't you have the technician check the TV so I know what is the problem before I decide whether to fix it or it probably would be better to get an exchange or something. No I have to deposit the 10,000 and pay the rest of money (28,000) upon diagnostic test before it can he fixed. They informed me that they don't do exchange once the warranty is up and is best I had taken the TV on hire purchase ;then the warranty wouldn't be up and they could've been able to do something. So I asked"My 98,300 that I don't work for as a salary gone down the drain and I'm left at a lost". Can you believe no answer I spoke to the supervisor for the same Service Department and is the same B.S she gave to me.
No proper customer service or satisfaction I will never again purchase another thing from SINGER GUYANA INC.
I am disappointed and upset because my mother was a loyal customer and so am I and this is the treatment I get.
My hard own 💰 gone down the drain without so much as a care in the world I wonder if was one of them would they have appreciated the same Service that I was given.
