I-ology

I-ology Total Wellbeing Hub recently completed a Health & Wellness day event for the staff of Guyana Oil Company (Guyoil) at their Providence location under the theme: Self-care; the Foundation of Wellness & Sustainable Productivity

The activities were diverse, starting with a Grounding meditation, to a sensory experience, A Workshop on Self-care and The Function of Emotions, A little twist, engaging in Feedback, meditation, pranayama, Yoga, cognitive breathing, healthy sampling of snacks and evaluation.

It was a successful event and team Iology take this opportunity to thank the Health & Safety Manager Mrs Gaitri Gangadeen for choosing us.
