We need your help. The police will not help us and claims it's a family issue. we've made a Facebook post in hopes the persons responsible will return her

Today (Yesterday) in the early afternoon hours my grand mother who I love very much was forcibly taken from her home (56 Melianie Damishana Benji Lane. East Coast Demerara) and no one has since heard from her. The abductors have not contacted us as to why they took her and what is it they need.
As you can see she was dragged and with what little strength she has was resisting as the two heartless women pull at her.
My heart is broken to see such cruelty.

THE BODY OF SHONNETTE DOVER FOUND.

Police in Linden are now on the hunt for Shaquan Allen, boyfriend of Shonnette Dover who's who went missing on April 3rd. Her body was found in a shallow grave in his backyard around 03:00 hrs on this morning (Friday), Commander of Region 10, Hugh Winter confirmed.
He said the police recieved information, which led to the discovery. Allen has been professing his innocence since the disappearance and has even been with Shonnette's family searching for her.
He was required to report to the police station every day since her disappearance, but now has vanished.
Shonnette had told her cousin, Esther Dover, that she wanted to leave him and return home, mere days after she disappeared.
Investigation is ongoing.

BODY OF MISSING 20-YR-OLD LAD FOUND
Police Commander for Regional Division #1, Superintendent Khalid Mandall has confirmed that the body of missing 20-year-old Avinash Fernandes, called ‘Avi’ was found today floating in the Arakaka river in the North West District.

The body was in a state of decomposition when it was found earlier today (2021/04/08) between 07:00 hrs and 11:45 hrs by a party of Policemen along Keith Alphonso, the man that Fernandes worked for.
Commander Mandall said the body was escorted to the Port Kaituma Public Hospital. No visible marks of violence was detected on the body. However, thorough check will be done at the hospital’s mortuary. A missing person report for Fernandes was made at the Arakaka Police Outpost on 2021/04/07.

Fernandes also has a distinctive 'burn mark' on his stomach.

It has now been five years since Carlos Anderson, then 20-years-old, along with his friend Ronson Williams – a national footballer – disappeared without a trace.

It was September 10, 2015, When Carlos Anderson and National footballer, Ronson Williams went missing. Initial investigations revealed that Carlos met with Ronson and they were last seen entering a silver-grey car in Bent Street, Georgetown heading to a football match that very evening.

“They had said that both of them were together at a point, but they can’t tell you what actually happened after then,” Carmelita Omega Pestano the mother of Anderson's noted. She further explained that in March 2019, She visited the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) Headquarters at Eve Leary and was told that the case is now being looked at as a “cold case.”

Body Of Joel Skeete Found

The search is over for missing teen Joel Skeete.

His relatives identified the body yesterday evening, hours after police had found a decomposing body at Belle Vue on the West Bank.

The announcement was made on his father’s page last evening.

Joel never returned home after a visit to the Barbershop on March 31.
