Office Building Conversion to Residences
Villa Petritis - Messinian Villa Proposal
A traditional stone house amidst the vast Messinian olive groves.
This private residence has been designed with great respect to the surrounding environment and the local character of the village. Additionally, the design has brought great value to the property by securing magnificent views to the historic port of Pylos, Navarino Bay, Sfaktiria Island and the new aclaimed Costa Navarino golf courses and reservoir.
The location is unique and so is the design of this beautiful villa. From the moment you enter the main door, the house is full of surprises and design treats waiting to be discovered!

This renovated 1970s penthouse in Kolonaki has an open layout with great views of Athens.
The design mixes simple shapes with Art Deco touches, using wood, marble, and custom furniture for a calm, modern feel.

Upcoming Project - Planning Stage
For this new residential property in Southern Greece (Messinia), DARE Studio crafted a villa amidst the local vast olive groves.
The architecture blends with the surrounding natural environment, mainly due to the use of vernacular materials such as local stone & timber.
The composition of volumes and levels creates beautiful viewing corridors and architectural surprises.
The heat and sunlight of the local climate is regulated through the playfulness of natural light and shadow which has been implemented in the architectural design.
