BeNative is a modern consultancy firm with its main objective being, guiding and facilitating foreign investors in the Ionian Islands region. Our team consists of professionally trained executives whose aim is the creation of long-term collaborations with individuals and legal entities who desire to relocate to Greece. Our company is currently seeking to expand its team and is on the lookout for a Business Coordinator who can help with the smooth running of the business. In this position you will play a critical role in keeping our office a positive, welcoming, and productive environment.

Responsibilities & duties
The role will include (but not be limited to) the below:
• Office support: Arranging & scheduling appointments
• Handling all internal and external communications
• Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail
• Act as first point of contact for all customer related enquiries
• Preparing and sending offers-costing
• Coordinating tasks between team members and making sure tasks are conducted promptly
• Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
• Research industry-related topics to conduct timely and accurate blog posts related to the BeNative’s offerings.
• Develop, implement, and manage BeNative’s social media platforms (primarily Facebook)

Necessary skills & qualifications
• Excellent command of the English Language (both written and oral communication)
• Basic knowledge of Graphic Design Programs such as Illustrator or Corel would be a good attribute
• Ability to prioritise workload and multitask
• Previous experience or knowledge of Digital Marketing will be considered.
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Higher education degree desired but not required
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of additional foreign languages would be desirable.
• Experience of working in a similar position will be considered.
