Turn info overload into bite-size briefs—Verba distills any article, doc, or meeting in seconds.

From the window of my tiny studio-knoll, I used to juggle client logos by day and scramble show-note drafts by night. I’m a graphic designer first, not a copywriter, so every brief felt like starting from zero. I built Verba to change that—an assistant that handles the heavy lifting while I stay in my creative flow. It doesn’t replace talent; it multiplies it, giving designers, podcasters, and storytellers the gift of time to make their next idea shine.

Building an App for Designers: It's Not Always Glamorous! 😅

Hey design community!

Following up on my last post about the launch of my new web app for managing creative briefs, I wanted to share a little bit about the journey of building it. It wasn't always smooth sailing!

From wrestling with Bubble's database structures (thanks to everyone who helped me with that! 🙏) to countless hours debugging workflows, this project has been a real learning experience. There were moments I wanted to throw my laptop out the window (kidding... mostly 😅), but seeing the app come together and solve a real problem for designers has made it all worthwhile.

One of the biggest challenges was getting the AI transcription to integrate seamlessly. I wanted the app to be truly magical – upload a client call, and p**f, a brief appears! But making that happen involved a lot of trial and error, and a lot of coffee. ☕

I learned so much about the importance of:

Planning: A clear roadmap is essential (even if you deviate from it!).

Community: The Bubble community has been incredibly supportive. Don't be afraid to ask for help!

Perseverance: Bugs are inevitable. Don't give up!

Problem-Solving: Through this process, I've truly understood how important it is to start thinking like a problem solver in life, especially when it comes to graphic design and developing personal projects.

Building this app has given me a whole new appreciation for the work that goes into the tools we use every day. I'm excited to keep improving it and making it even more useful for designers.

Verba – Turn Ideas Into Creative Briefs 14/06/2025

Starting Verba wasn't just about building an app; it was about solving a problem I deeply believed in. But the journey? It's been a wild ride of unexpected turns, late nights, and a whole lot of learning!

One of the biggest lessons I've learned as a SaaS founder is the importance of perseverance – even when things feel impossible. There are days you question everything, and then there are breakthroughs that make every struggle worth it. It's a mindset shift that truly makes all the difference.

🚀 Designing Beyond the Guesswork: How Do You Capture the "Unspoken" in Briefs?

Got it! Let's craft a community-focused LinkedIn post for graphic designers that sparks conversation and truly resonates, allowing you to introduce Verba naturally in the comments.

Here are a couple of strong options:

Option 1: Emphasizing the Creative Process and Information Gathering

🚀 Designing Beyond the Guesswork: How Do You Capture the "Unspoken" in Briefs?

Hey LinkedIn design community! We all know the thrill of a great client call – buzzing with ideas and a clear vision taking shape. But then comes the crucial step: translating that dynamic conversation into a solid, actionable design brief.

It's often where the magic or the challenges begin. How do you ensure you're capturing every nuance, every subtle hint, every specific preference that wasn't explicitly stated but felt implied in the conversation? Trying to reconstruct complex ideas from memory or hurried notes can feel like a creative roadblock, potentially leading to endless revisions and missed opportunities.

I'm curious: What are your go-to strategies for distilling information from client calls and transforming it into airtight design briefs? Do you have any unique methods for capturing those "aha!" moments or ensuring absolute clarity from the get-go?

Let's share our insights and help each other refine this vital part of our design workflow! 👇

Hey everyone 👋
I’m a designer, and I recently built a small tool that solves a pain I kept running into during creative projects.
Basically, I often record client conversations (with permission) — but turning those into structured creative briefs always felt like a chore. So I made something called Verba: a simple app where you upload an audio file, and it generates a brief based on the conversation.
It’s mostly designed for solo designers or small teams who want to move faster during early project stages. Still very much a work in progress, but I’d love feedback from fellow creatives.
Not promoting anything — it’s free to use, just curious if it’s actually useful beyond my own bubble. Happy to hear any thoughts or suggestions.
