THE "AFRICAN DETTOL": NEEM WATER (Dogonyaro/Mwarobaini)
​If you have a body-wide rash or itchy skin:
​Preparation: Boil a large pot of Neem leaves until the water is deep green.
​Use: Do not drink it! Instead, use this water to bathe (without soap) or soak the affected area.
​Why it works: It kills the germs and tiny insects on the skin that cause itching.
​THE "NATURAL PLASTER": TURMERIC & HONEY (Angodwa/Manuka)
​For open sores, boils, or stubborn spots:
​Preparation: Mix 1 teaspoon of Turmeric powder with a little Natural Honey to make a thick paste.
​Use: Apply the paste directly onto the sore and cover it with a clean cloth.
​Why it works: Turmeric (called Manjano in Swahili) fights infection, and Honey keeps the wound clean and helps it heal fast.

DIGESTION & STOMACH HEALTH 🌍 AFRICA, HEAL YOUR GUT FOR FREE!

​Use: Swallow a small cube of the jelly with water, or blend it into a little juice.
​Why it works: It is a natural "cleanser" that moves things through your system.

​Aloe Vera Warning: Do NOT use Aloe Vera if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. It is too strong for the baby.
