Physical/Sports activities or participation positively affects the mental health and wellbeing of people. It improves one's mood and concentration. It keeps one's key mental skills sharp as they AGE. They have sharp thinking, learning and very good judgement. Sports participation also helps to reduce stress and depression, maintain healthy weight, boost self-confidence and impact leadership traits by adapting a team mindset. These attributes we believe should be an embodiment of our "catchment" and most especially girls who would be involved with the BRAVE GIRLS SUMMER CAMP Project BRAVE .it is in this light that we and Tracy Sarkcess had a very successful meeting with Mr. Kwasi Tabury CEO of Decathlon Ghana Decathlon Ghana to discuss ways we can use his outfit/institution to impact the lives of the marginalised in our society and young girls. Mr. Kwasi Tabury might come out to be an unconventional or not your regular CEO but has great passion for social work/enterprise and doing lots of good to the ghanaian community
