Effective evangelism is built on relationships (John 1:42; Matthew 9:9–13). Bernie Outreach Ministries is not another form of a church seeking to gather people for service, but a personal evangelism on a massive scale.
4. Evangelism must begin and end with prayer. The Holy Spirit quickens the hearts of people, not our words alone. Billy Graham once said, “We must repent of our prayerlessness and make prayer our priority.” Bernie Outreach Ministries consistently pray for God’s guidance and a burden and strategy to share the Gospel with their communities.

KEY ELEMENTS
1. Berni Outreach Ministries’ focus has always been on two things: proclaiming the Gospel and equipping and encouraging others to proclaim the Gospel.
2. Berni Outreach Ministries combines both emphases by using hunting and fishing strategies as a tool of evangelism that clearly and powerfully share the Gospel and by encouraging the church to adopt this means in conjunction with prayer and personal relationships.
3. Local churches are the focus of Berni Outreach Ministries. This outreach exists to strengthen the local church by calling Christians across the country to pray for and strategically share Christ with lost people around them.

Bernie Outreach Ministries shall strategically develop a program outline yearly to seek the lost in Christ. The conclusion of this project is that hunting and fishing are legitimate means of evangelism and discipleship. Those using them so are experiencing great success. The prayer of Bernie Outreach Ministries is that God will broadcast these means for his purposes of evangelism and discipleship.

OUR VISION
Where there is no vision (fresh revelation) the people perish. Berni Outreach Ministries in all its endeavours shall be guided by this vision “Reach everyone everywhere with the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ” (Mark 16:15).
OUR MISSION
1. As believers, we will make a resilient effort for the fruit of the spirit of God to manifest in our lives, so the world might know that we are Christians.
2. Teach people how to make it to heaven, mature in their faith and also teach them to live a Christ-like life.
3. Care for man through rural evangelism and community services.
4. Give effective counselling to the people.

It is an evangelistic organization that brings together dedicated disciples of Jesus Christ who have selflessly volunteered themselves to take-up the task of “going out” with the gospel to the communities with the sole aim of seeking the lost in Christ (Mark 16:15-16). It our responsibility to be a solution the nation through counselling, marriage counselling, relationship counselling, motivations and many more
