High blood pressure is known as the "silent killer" since it often has no symptoms but can progress to life-threatening diseases such as heart attack or stroke. The good news is that hypertension, or high blood pressure, may often be prevented or treated. High blood pressure can be managed with early detection and modest, healthy lifestyle adjustments.

We are still open to donations

The devil is a liar. He will have you focusing on your challenges instead of opportunities. He will steal your joy...if you let him.

But God is faithful and it you focus on your blessings over your burdens everything SHIFTS. Today’s physical challenge is to do 30 squats. Your mind and body are connected so you will notice the more you commit to being ACTIVE the more your mental fitness will improve as well.

Stated off my day with 30 squats and listened to a sermon and once I got to the office I made a donation to @profferaidinternational 🙏🏾

Everything is not working out exactly as planned but everyday is a gift and we will rejoice in it 💋

The month of breast cancer awareness kicks out today. And we're ecstatic to be collaborating with Evolve Pink @evolvepink , a US-based nonprofit dedicated to bringing health education to Ghanaian communities.

These books can be obtained from our office. You can borrow one if you happen to be passing by. This book is for anyone who has a cervix.
