The prophet describes streams breaking forth in the desert and pools of water appearing in dry places. God takes what is barren
Isaiah saw deserts becoming rivers and dry lands becoming springs. The message is clear: God specializes in bringing
and fills it with life, fruitfulness, and overflow.

This is the nature of God. He delights in turning scarcity into abundance.
When we give to God, give to the needy, and give generously, we align ourselves with God's principle of increase.
The Hebrew word for giving is nathan, meaning "to give, bestow, or release." The word for abundance can be connected to ravah,
Luke 6:38, "Give, and it wil be given ot you."
meaning "to be saturated, filled, or overflow." Before the wilderness experienced abundance,heaven first released
