Administration includes but not limited to:
* planning, strategy and goal setting
* Development of brand awareness and online reputation
* Content management (including website)
* SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic
* Cultivation of leads
* Reputation management

Who our successful candidate is:

On 8th March every year, the world marks International Women’s Day. This is a day set aside to assess strides made in advancing the welfare and position of women in many areas. IWD creates a platform for various groups to celebrate the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women - while also marking a call to action for accelerating gender equality.

Activities are held around the world each year to draw the attention of governments and other bodies to the advancement of women and the need to pay attention to the existing disparities and inequalities women face.

This year, the theme for the IWD is . The focus of this theme is to draw the attention of the world and especially decision makers that the world can be healthier, happier and wealthier place if it is an equal space for all.

This year’s celebration seeks for gender equal boardroom, a gender equal government, gender equal media coverage, gender equal workplaces, gender equal sports coverage, more gender equality in health and wealth. In Ghana our theme is “Passage of the Affirmative Action Bill into Law; a critical step for gender equality for Quality Decision Making in Ghana”.

On my page, I will be posting bits of Information on Affirmative Action (AA) throughout this purple month. If you have a mother, sister, daughter, concubines, girlfriends and what have you; then AA is your business so come on the journey with me as we learn about AA and unlearn the toxic narratives 💪🏽

Basic training is hard, but I am ready to make it - because I want to be the best me. Sometimes you have to learn that being the best you is being the second best you. I learned the hard way that the army doesn't want people who always come first. Otherwise, there would be only one person in the army.
