I want you to help me reach out to director of Lands, Mad Yaa Agyeman Boadi in respect to a bad nut within the registrars in person of Clement Mensah, who has been assigned to Kpone traditional council. He has and is conniving to do illegal land activities on a plot of land that I purchased in 2011 by the transactional council. While awaiting for the sites plans to start my project, in 2015 I realise a church has started developing the land and I reported to the traditional council, and around that period was when Clement was brought as registrar taking over from Harry Attipoe. I reported to Kpone police station, Tema Regional police, all the way to the Chief of Kpone, Nii Tetteh Otu II, but till date no action has been taken and the church (Christ Apostolic, Promise Assembly) at Hanna, Kpone, keeps developing the said land. Letter has been sent to the traditional council to stop the development but Clement has refused to take any action. I need support from The heads to call Clement to answer what he knows about this and the actions, and possibly transferred from Kpone because he does not work with diligence and sincerity.
Any help?????
There is this particular area in Kpone Near Tema in the Greater Accra Region called Shangai Down. Where some members of the Traditional Council together with Some workers of the Municipal Assembly are Selling Road. Making it difficult to access the area.

The Concern People in the Neighborhood have Petition The Chief and Traditional Council, Municipal Assembly and the Police Commander of the area. But nothing serious has been done since those Roads are still being developed.

This is being done at the blindside of the chief, because he stopped them some time ago when we reported to him, but there have waited for some years and are now developing the land at a very fast pace, those behind this are some members of the Traditional Council and some Notorious Guys from the area together with some workers of the Municipal Assembly who do fake document for them.

Those members of the Traditional Council who are part of this notorious act have Threaten to kill some people in the area if they don’t shut up and allow them to continue developing those lands which are suppose to be roads. I have received several Threats from these guys several times. But I’m Resolute in making sure that this notorious guys are stopped. Either than that there can not be Drainage systems and easy access to the area when there is a major problem like fire outbreaks etc.

We have a side plan of the area that show road demarcation which are being developed. Very good demarcation with a nice layouts which will be useful in future.

Any help will be appreciated.
