The Aadfi Aiafd Secretary-General, Mr. Cyril Okoye, met with the Managing Director of the National Investment Bank - NIB Ghana, Mr. Samuel Sarpong, at the Bank’s headquarters today, 6th Feb. The meeting was to brief him on major programs and upcoming activities of AADFI AIAFD, including the 2022 Annual General Assembly scheduled in Ghana in May, the SSCI Agenda for DFIs, and the 2021 PSGRS Report.

I want to send money to someone who is in Ghana Tommorow but am in Lilongwe where I can get the branch?

NIB, what exactly is the problem with your system? So the month has ended again and your USSD SERVICE IS down again? Why do you treat your customers like this? Again your ATM's are amongst the worse functioning ATM'S in the Banking sector.

Meanwhile, your branches are just scanty that one has to travel several kilometres to get to any of your branches across the country.

Find attached what I just experienced when I tried accessing your USSD. And this isn't the first time I'm complaining about this.

The worst banking experience so far in my life.....NIB, Kasoa Market Road branch.
No body seem to care about any body. Been in a queue of only 4....for almost an hour, only 1 teller among the 3 tellers is working.
Operations manager does not seem to care as he watches soccer match in the banking hall and keeps flipping the volume of the set. He leans so lazily in the chair and just scribbles behind cheques as they 'snaily' come to him.
As Operations, I wonder why it won't be his bother when customers are complaining of delays and he wont even get up and tell us why there is only one young lady serving all those customers in the banking hall and those awaiting outside!
As for the manager, he sits in his office, watches the CCTV footage of the uproar at the hall and enjoys his tea. Nothing bothers these guys!
Why?? Cos its a National Bank not a private bank!
This is what we do to our dear country and yet cry for a FIX!
Then, they make this nice lady sit at the front desk, and i can't even.make noise🤪🤪🤪

PS: NIB please improve your services because we are tired complaining of poor service both in the banking hall and your digital/e-banking platforms. I believe most of your customers are just marking time, very soon there is going to be a massive boycott of your bank to others who can treat us better. Management should really sit up because it has now become very frustrating banking with you.
