The National Health Insurance Call Centre became operational on 20th April, 2012. The thrust of the Centre is to provide on-phone solutions to challenges NHIS subscribers maybe experiencing with respect to NHIS.

six (6) Languages namely, English, Akan, Dagbani, Ewe, Hausa and Ga. With
time we hope to extend the service to 24 hours and introduce more languages.

which tallies with the Letters N-H-I-S on your telephone keypad. These numbers can serve many callers at the same time.
