The non-governmental Organization Africa Child Rights and Youth Empowerment Foundation (ACRAYEF) is soliciting for Assistance for a special operation to be conducted on nine (9) year old Jacqueline Anthony whose mother hails from Damongo in the West Gonja District of the Savanna Region. ACRAYEF is a Ghanaian based non-profit, non-partisan organisation dedicated to positively change the lives of disadvantaged especially stigmatised children and the youth, their families and communities through a holistic and multi-dimensional approach. The focus is on children living with disability and in the area of sensitization on causes of disability and the stigma attached to it as well as giving healthcare and educational support and improvement of livelihoods. Jacqueline Anthony was born in 2010 and when she was seven years old and attending primary one in Madam Theresa Basic school at Ashaiman in Accra she fell sick and her education has been truncated since then. At that time, when she walks, the whole body started shivering until they visited Tema General hospital where she was diagnosed of stroke. Jacqueline is completely paralyzed now and cannot walk nor do anything by herself. The head continues growing bigger as the days pass by. The mother came to Damongo for local medicine which couldn’t help improving the child’s condition either. ACRAYEF has identified her during a community engagement in Damongo in 2018 and took her to Korle-Bu teaching hospital where proper medical examinations were carried out and she was diagnosed of Hydrocephalus, a condition where a buildup of cerebrospinal fluid in the brain causes increased pressure in the skull. The doctors recommended that a special operation must be conducted through the neck to the head to redivert fluids back to her whole-body system. This operation is scheduled to take place at the end of May 2019 at Korle-Bu teaching hospital. ACRAYEF in collaboration with NKILGI FM is therefore appealing to the general public to solicit for funds to be able to take care of the surgical operation which cost almost six thousand Ghana Cedis (GH₵ 6,000.00). Any little contribution given to save the life of this little girl, is very welcome. Excellence Without Excuse made a trip to the orphanage in a village. All the items that was donated by everyone made it to the women and children. We also visited a school and donated sanitizing wipes donated by Lowe's. We are about to start another drive to raise funds and get more items donated. We will do a live soon explaining what is needed. A special thanks to Emmanuel for helping us get these items to Ghana.

Philanthropist Donates Cash to Widows at Amanase
A philanthropist who wishes to remain anonymous has made a cash donation of GHC 3,200.00( three thousand two hundred cedis) to Peraz Charity Foundation a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). The cash which was presented to 20(twenty) widows at a brief ceremony held at Kokooso a small farming community near Amanase in the Suhum- Kraboa- Coaltar district in the Eastern region was to help alleviate the sufferings of these unfortunate women who have become single mothers taking on the burden of raising their children alone following the demise of their husbands.
Presenting the cash on behalf of the donor, Mr Prosper Azameti founder and executive director of Peraz Charity Foundation said he was touched by the plight of the widows after paying a working visit to the area where his organization and partners currently run a small ophanage and school for children and decided to launch a fund raising initiative which touched the donor to give her "widows might" to support the widows.
A teacher at the orphanage/school Benjamin Lartey and Thomas Tekper an opinion leader in the community who both spoke on behalf of the widows thanked the donor and Peraz Charity Foundation for the gesture and prayed for God's guidance and blessings upon their lives. They called on other well-meaning individuals and NGO'S alike to emulate Peraz Charity Foundation by coming to the aid of the less fortunate in society.
One of the widows Mad. Nakuor Odonkor who was particularly presented with an amount of GHC 400.00 out of the cash as she had no living relatives nor children to take care of her showed her gratitude to the benefactors and promised on behalf of all the windows to make judicious use of the money.

LOIS AGYARE is an 18-year-old teenager, living at Dome, a suburb of Accra Ghana, with the aspirations of becoming a doctor.
Unfortunately for her, she was born with a birth defect known in the medical community as “CUTANEOUS LYMPHANGIOMA”. She has been through several surgeries across hospitals in the country which were all futile. It is believed that only the state-of-the-art technology outside Ghana could be able to resolve her birth defect.
Lois is a Junior High School graduate who currently faces a lot of stigmatization from members of her family and friends alike due to her unfortunate condition.
Sadly enough, the cost of procuring this procedure is out of the family’s earnings, and they have come to believe only your help and support could make this young lady’s dream a reality.
