This is an update to my previous post. I gave Niobe another chance and I am so glad that I did. Supporting black owned businesses is so important to me. With all of the setbacks we experience, it is important that we support each other. That being said, my initial concerns were heard and addressed. The staff is very careful to ensure that their customers are satisfied. I received the best salon experience I could have imagined yesterday. No surprise charges, prompt service, courteous employees, and luxurious amenities. I am so happy that I can be a lifelong partner with Niobe and I highly recommend them!!!
