It's the day after Christmas at Kotoka. Still in the spirit of the season through this weekend, however. Thanks to our featured takeover person, Ama Boamah, we got a feel of how Christmas day was like at the international terminal. As you can see from this photo it was a lot less busy at Departures with Arrivals at T3 being busier we could see but still not as busy as when there are no health restrictions in place.

Boarding's complete, all passengers were accounted for and all of a sudden my role here is done for flight TK630 to Istanbul. It's been a good shift for me, nothing we couldn't handle today. Thank you for coming along and I hope I was able to show you just a little of how it is at Kotoka today🇬🇭

Hello again everyone 👋🏼. Ama here still. Thanks to those who replied to my last post. The correct answer was 8:05 of course. Well done for spotting it😊👍🏽

Check-in for my flight is now closed and we have now started boarding at the gates. This set of pictures should show how much International Departures has changed at Terminal 3. Due to the -19 pandemic this year, there are now restrictions in place here, social distancing and hand 🧤 sanitizing protocols everywhere. We are now required to wear face masks through the airport and unto each flight. All in helping us keep safe as we travel.

‼️What else can you see that you feel is different 🤔❓

Christmas day at Kotoka wouldn't be much of a Christmas without Father Christmas 🧑🏾‍🎄☺️. He's having quite a busy day, this one. He's got to cater for travellers and non-travellers like staff too. But we all love and appreciate all the Santas.🧑🏾‍🎄🎅🎄🤗
