Digital Officer

Role Overview
The Digital Officer is responsible for and in charge of planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote the brand, products, and services of NABS. Her/his duties include planning campaigns, analyzing metrics, and identifying trends with experience in art direction and social media.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
A. Digital communications
i Planning digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to web, email, social media and display advertising.
ii Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
iii Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
iv Identify trends and insights, and optimize speed and performance based on the insights.
v Implement and execute digital strategies, processes and approaches that support strategic initiatives of NABS.

B. Engagement and Relationship Building
i Coordinating different teams to foster exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities in digital marketing.
ii Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
iii Ensure candidates receive an outstanding candidate experience on all digital channels as we grow our presence in different regions.
iv Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
v Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
vi To actively network with customers on social media representing the NABS Group as an Employer of Choice and to be the go-to person for all hiring enquiries.

C. Innovation and Strategic Focus
i Brainstorms with the team on new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
ii Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content.
iii Contribute to the improvement of the Applicant Tracking and Ticket Request System.
iv Research and forecast future sales and performance trends.
v Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement.
vi Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices.
vii Collaborate with the team and work toward making the hiring process more effective & quicker.

D. Financial
i Ensure suppliers of digital services provide a high-quality service with cost saving attitude in mind and oversee relationships with them.
ii Support ensuring that NABS digital infrastructure is well run, and that new technologies are being developed to increase productivity, efficiency and resilience across the organisation to reduce wastages and drive productivity and profitability.
iii Contribute to the overall profitability of the business through efficient way of working to prevent wastage.

E. Policies Adherence and Discipline
i Ensure all data is maintained and reporting metrics with a high level of confidentiality.
ii Ensure a quality service is provided resulting in high internal and external customer satisfaction.
iii Comply with all internal policies and regularly issued guidelines.
Person specification
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) in graphic design, marketing, communication or a related field
• Proven working experience in digital marketing.
• Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Experience as a graphic designer is preferred.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio is preferred.
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
• A strong eye for visual composition and creativity.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.

Recreation Managers Urgently Needed In Qatar

*Job Objective: *
📌As a Recreation Manager, you will be responsible for the entire operations of the recreation facilities whilst optimizing the department budget and in compliance to the local legislation and Company standards.

📌Your role will include but will not be limited to managing the entire Recreation Department which involves providing excellent experience to the Camp residents.

Duties and Responsibilities
📌Planning and implementing suitable training programs. It involves developing the participants' physical and psychological fitness and providing the best possible practical conditions in order to maximize their performance.
Overall management of Staff recreation facilities and the recreation team in planning, organizing and arranging various games/competitions among the camp residents which includes Gym, Events, Indoor as well as outdoors games like Cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, Tennis, snooker, table football, air hockey, darts, juke box, chess etc.

📌Providing customer service though: interaction, assisting with spotting, educating participants on how to use equipment, and answering questions.

📌Organize and supervise regular fitness related activities and events to maximize members enjoyment / use of fitness centre and to keep ahead with our competition

📌Develop and maintain professionally safe and effective fitness procedures, programs and activities in the fitness centre and ensure proper fitness practice at all times

📌Provides guidance in proper exercise technique and variations of exercises to meet goals;
Assists member-clients in establishing effective fitness/wellness goals and develops the most effective training plan to achieve those goals;

📌Ensure the fitness area remain clean and organized.
Serve as a first responder in emergency situations and follow emergency protocols

Profile requirement –
Bachelors degree with minimum 10 years hands on experience as Recreation Manager / officer
Good communication skills with computer literacy
Excellent command of the English language both orally and written.

Salary : QAR 6500 to 8500
