I'M HONOURED TO BE HERE
Nabco is extremely good implementation that the.government
of the day has brought about to alleviate an unemployment graduates in the system
ATTENTION PLEASE,
JUDICIAL SERVICE IS CURRENTLY RECRUITING NATIONWIDE.
AS MIP OF NABCO, WE DO EXPECT THAT THEY GIVE PRIORITY TO NABCO PERSONNEL AT VARIOUS SECTORS TO BE EMPLOYED PERMANENTLY.
FROM THE LOOK OF THINGS, IT SEEMS THAT EFFORT TO RETAIN NABCO TRAINEES IS NOT SHOWN.

PLEASE KINDLY REMIND THE JUDICIAL SERVICE OF THEIR COMMITMENT TO ENSURE THAT NABCO TRAINEES ARE PERMANENTLY EMPLOYED.

THIS IS THE 3RD TIME IN A ROW THAT THEY ARE RECRUITING.
IN FACT, THE 2ND TIME IN THIS YEAR.

THANK YOU.
A NATION BUILDER
PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT
Hello NABCO, Please some of us have not been paid our July and August stipends. What could be the problem because we have been validated for payment
4 solid years in University Nabco personnel well not competent for employment
1 year national service still they were incompetent

3 years training as Nabco personnel still this people still need another NSTA TRAINING BEFORE THEY QUALIFIED FOR employment
Ahhhhhhhhhhba
Why are you guys treating this people like that

If After 8years of training these personels are not competent enough to be employed then please just sack them than humiliating and frustrating them like that.

Meanwhile other people just leave colleges without any experience yet their jobs are there for them.
Some of these Nabco personnel even mentor these fresher's from the colleges.
If you say this p3 some people from no where will just come and ATTACK you for nooo reason
Our coordinators here are not helping us at all.
The government is trying to employ IT expert at GES.You people know that we have Digital Ghana module in NABCO.So why don't you people convince the president to entrol our people in that module automatically since the people in that module is made up of IT expert and they meet the requirements, they have acquire much experience also rather than government doing AD to the public to APPLY
‼️ ATTENTION ATTENTION ATTENTION ‼️
Recruitment for both teaching and non teaching staff is ongoing.
NOTE:Pay after you receive your appointment letter
Interested persons should click on the link below to join the group. After joining message the administrator.
Knowledge.
Punctuality
Integrity
The above mentioned are our core values (NABCO)
Knowledge of our CEO on what’s actually on the ground is zilch. Some people uploaded only birth certificate as their qualification and for close to three years, they’ve been receiving stipends. The bogus system couldn’t detect.
Integrity was thrown to the dogs before the program even commenced. Those who uploaded birth certificate as their sole qualification were interviewed and supposedly inspected their documents .So where is that integrity?
Punctuality? That’s laughable. Stipends come as and when they like. And you want to talk about trainees being punctual at work?
So forget this monitoring whatever is just here to recruit party boys, family and friends and those who can pay few Ghana cedis bribe to be recruited..
The promise made by Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo was that
“I will make Nabco trainees permanent”..Not this nonsense of bogus scrutiny. We’ve worked for three years with no problem with our institutions and you’re now coming to monitor us?? Joke!!
Pay the stipends and stop this joke.

Making the transition from employee to entrepreneur, the story of Mahama Yussif

Transitioning from an employee to an entrepreneur can be very exciting just as it can also become very difficult and challenging sometimes. We have often heard the advice from successful people time and time again: Just do it! However, this is a decision which cannot be taken very lightly as there are some tough questions one needs to answer prior to such a move.

Yesterday, 14 July, 2021, the Chief Executive Officer for the Nation Builders Corps, Dr Ibrahim Anyars was at the Controller and Accountant General's Department (CAGD).

The visit was to enhance and strengthen the collaboration between the two departments of state. Among others we discussed collaboration required to sanitise the payroll of NABCO; and collaboration on fund releases and payments.

As we approach the exit milestone for the current cohort of NABCO trainees, effective cross-sectoral measures are being explored to assist with the future employability of the trainees.

He was accompanied by the Director of Finance, an officer from the IT unit and the Public Relations Officer.

More updates on this in the coming weeks.

Fellow Nation Builders,

Three years today, President Akufo-Addo announced 100,000 job opportunities for the tertiary graduates of our nation. This marked the birth of the Nation Builders Corps (NABCO). What a huge relief this has been to the mass of our graduates who experienced disillusionment and lack of opportunity to join the labour market! Through an innovative and creative partnership with the public and private sector, all one hundred thousand gained the opportunity to develop their work readiness: a guaranteed work placement lasting longer than 24 months, space to build their skills, a monthly stipend of Seven hundred Ghana Cedis, and better still frequent training and continuing professional development. To many, it is simply NABCO.

The NABCO story is one of astounding success: our trainee graduates are more confident, have felt secure, dignified and well-served during their tenure. Even better, tens of thousands have transitioned into permanent employment. Thanks to such a bold and innovative initiative by President Akufo-Addo. The project has been a win-win for the trainees and the nation. Over 3,000 public and private sector institutions have been served by the NABCO workforce (our Module Implementation Partners): education, healthcare, agriculture, digitisation, revenue mobilisation, local government and private enterprises.

To all intents and purposes, NABCO has brought something of value to our dear nation. The very democratic distribution of the workforce, with a visible presence in every district and region, bolsters further the rationale for its creation. While the impact evaluation is awaited, there is no doubt that the scheme entails a narrative of hope, dignity and an enabler to the futures of young persons in Ghana. Whatever its ills, 100,000 tertiary graduates at work in progress compared to the absence of aspirations previously experienced while at home.

Coincidentally, today marks International Labour Day 2021, a day set aside to celebrate workers across the globe. In the spirit of the day, strengthened by the practical action to reduce youth unemployment in Ghana, we celebrate and further encourage our graduate trainees to be more adventurous in their quest to fulfil their life-long ambitions. We owe our fellow citizens visible evidence of our personal and professional growth as we make our definite contribution to the nation-building effort.

Thank you, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, for NABCO. Your care for the betterment of the youth of this nation continues to be celebrated.
