Job Description
Consulting with clients to ascertain the details and merits of each case.
Conducting research using legislation, case law, and other legal texts.
Drafting legal documents, including contracts, pleadings and reports.
Representing clients at meetings, hearings and trials.
Writing research articles.
Remaining abreast of changes to legislation.
Any other assignment handed over to the lawyer by the law firm
Qualifications
A minimum of three (3) years post-call practice experience.
An LLB from a recognized University or Institution.
Experience in insurance, tax, and natural resources law will be an advantage.
Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office suite/Google Drive).
High level of integrity.
Highly organized, detail oriented and should be able to work well in a team.
Excellent oral and written communication in the English Language.
Demonstrate high level of professionalism.
Must be punctual.
