Every prayer you pray are answered on conditions from God.
There are different levels of prayers. Some prayers require *calling unto God* while others require *seeking God*. It is easier calling someone. The assumption is that you know where the person is. But for seeking you may need to search for him until you find Him.

The condition here is that your heart must be involved in seeking God. *Most needful answers require that you seek God with all your heart.*
