Estimator/Workshop Controller Required.

As Estimator and Workshop Controller, you’ll be the linchpin of our bodyshop operations—coordinating workflow, managing customers and technicians, and ensuring repairs are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. You’ll play a key role in maintaining productivity, quality control, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred but not essential experienced & confident using Audatex & Autoflow and other manufacturer programmes. (Full training will be provided on EV, Autoflow and Manufacturer systems if required)

Calculate costings and time required to complete all necessary repairs accurately and professionally.

Oversee daily operations of the bodyshop workshop

Allocate work to technicians based on skillset and availability

Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion

Liaise with other estimators, parts departments, and customers

Provide technical support and guidance to the workshop team

Drive performance targets and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

Ideal but not essential proven experience in a similar role within a bodyshop or garage

Strong technical knowledge of vehicle body repair processes

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

IMI or ATA accreditation (desirable but not essential)
