GOJU-RYU HISTORY IN FUZHOU
Miyagi Chojun Sensei said later that he was extemely nervous when he demonstrated some of Kata he knew to a student of Ryu Ryu Ko during his 1915 trip to Fuzhou.

💡 One of the most fascinating aspects of Goju-Ryu is how it blends Chinese White Crane Kung Fu with Okinawan self-defense traditions. You’ll see smooth, circular breathing techniques (Sanchin and Tensho katas) practiced alongside explosive strikes and powerful stances.
