Are you looking for a community that plays as hard as they represent? After some high-energy meetups over the last month, we are officially building the Atlanta Pride Basketball Club, and we want you on the court!
While we are an LGBTQ-first organization dedicated to creating a safe and competitive space for gay men and women, we are 100% inclusive. Whether you are a member of the community or a supportive ally who loves the game, there is a spot for you on our roster. If you can hoop and you respect the mission, let’s run!
The Vision:
• The Run: Meeting 1–2 Saturdays a month for scrimmages and chemistry building.
• The Competition: Forming multiple teams to compete in NGBA and USPBA tournaments.
• The Goal: Building enough momentum to join local Atlanta leagues and eventually launch our own Atlanta Pride Basketball League.
Who We Are Looking For:
• LGBTQ+ athletes and allies of all skill levels.
• Players interested in recreational play OR competitive tournament travel.
• People who want to help grow a vibrant, inclusive sports community in ATL.
