Simple skin care tips for the cooler months ❄️✨❄️✨❄️✨

Seasonal change can wreak havoc on your skin, and it can feel like there’s no escape. Cold, blustery conditions outside and then warm dry heated conditions inside can leave your skin feeling tight, dehydrated and sometimes the skin can become red and sore because these conditions often strip us of our skins moisture and the skins natural protection barrier.

Thankfully there are many ways to combat the causes of dry and dehydrated skin, keeping your skin moist and supple all through the colder months, just with these easy tips for your everyday routine.

-CLEANSE TWICE DAILY.
Use a gentle cleanser morning and evening and remove with cool water. Hot or very warm water can be drying and irritating.

-MOISTURISE THOROUGHLY MORNING AND EVENING.
Use a moisturiser with a low molecular weight hyaluronic acid to keep your skin hydrated all winter. Also using a richer night cream will help the skin recover from the exposure to the elements from that day.

-EXFOLIATE TWICE WEEKLY. Exfoliation helps with product pe*******on allowing your moisturisers to work more effectively.
However it is important to be sure not to over exfoliate as this can be drying to the skin.

I really have tried to hold off of doing this for as long as possible as I know lots of us will be feeling the pinch at the moment with increasing prices over everything.
Unfortunately their has been a high rise in the cost of many of products and consumables that I use in the salon also, over the last 3 months. Therefore i have no choice but to increase my prices to be able to continue to offer you all the same level of service that I always have.
I have only increased my prices where I absolutely must and most of the increases are by as little as 5%, Whilst some treatments remain unaffected.

The new prices will take effect from Friday the 1st April.
