Morning lovely people, as most of you know I’m not a huge fan of social media but I thought I would give you all an update on the salon closure for the last 4/5 weeks. Sadly my brother lost his fight to cancer just before Christmas and am taking some time off to grieve. I just wanted to post this so hopefully when I do reopen on the 18th of January, if I’m having a more challenging day you can understand why. Please bare with me and I will be in touch next week trying to fit all the appointments back in, as you can imagine there a bit of a back log. If I haven’t been in touch about your appointment next week don’t worry you will be getting a call or text tomorrow. Xx

Is blow drying that important??

Everyone always asks me about blow drying. Its one of the hardest things to get right but what a perfect time to learn. It really is simple, all you need is products that suit your hair type, a couple of clips, a hairdryer with a nozzle a round brush and TIME!!!

1. Blast your hair until its 80% dry
2. Take small sections
3. Always make sure your nozzle on your hairdryer is directing down, this smooths out the hair follicles and get its smooth
4. Dry until each section is completely dry

This weather might be good for running in but not the hair 😂🙈

Not everything you read is true!!
Let’s not get into a panic. For years papers have not been factual right so this is no different. This may be the case that hairdressers aren’t going to be open for a while but remember it’s for your Safety as well as mine!
