Willow Private Finance is looking for a new Office

Manager, located at our headquarters in Worthing.

We are a fast-growing company based in Worthing and are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated admin superstar to join our team. Having previous experience in the mortgage/ financial industry is essential. The position will be based from our central Worthing office.

This is a full-time position.

Excellent I.T skills and a strong motivation to learn are required.

Job Summary

Full-time Office Manager role looking after 5 admin staff and overseeing the administrative workloads produced by the firms growing number of Mortgage and Protection Brokers.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Managing admin workloads and case distribution.

- Inducting new team members

- HR functions include managing holiday and sick leave and holding staff appraisals.

- Ascertaining training needs and making recommendations to directors

- Reviewing systems and processes and making changes/improvements as required

- Arranging team meetings, managing the agenda and any space or refreshment arrangements required

- Processing complex or large mortgage and protection cases through to completion.

- Handling client and adviser queries and managing any conflict or complaints.

- Ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis

- Liaison with Landlord for any property related issues

- Acting as the decision maker in the absence of a Director

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of office experience, ideally in the Financial Services industry, and a sound knowledge of Mortgage application administration.

They must be confident, able to work independently and use their initiative. The role would be suited to a problem solver with leadership skills who wants to develop their management experience and potentially grow with the business into an operational role.

Salary: From £28,000.00 per year
